      Totally disappointing

      I have long hair and it totally knotted it. I have dyed my hair quite a few times over the years and have never had this problem before. The hair that came out trying to comb it was unbelievable, I put some of my conditioner on thinking that might help but it didn’t. This hair dye was unfit for purpose and I will be purchasing my usual L’Oréal Excellence or Poly Colour. I wouldn’t have given this any stars if the option was there
