      This was not genuine Olaplex No7 oil as I compared it to the one I’m currently using and this fake one is a lot thicker in viscosity and sticky. It comes in a very similar bottle but the quality of the bottle top was different and it had a different spout on the bottle. No box. Not original product and left my hair brittle after taking so long to dry as very oily.

      This book is written in a way that's so easy to read and before I knew it I'd read half of it in one go! It is so informative and I'd urge anyone going through the peri menopause, menopause or post menopause to definitely get this book now!

      This book is a must for everyone in contact with a woman who could be peri-menopausal or menopausal. I borrowed this book from my local library and then purchased it as I wanted my whole family to read it to understand what I have been going through and to explain my sometimes irrational behaviour

      I can’t put it down. I’m learning so much. I am telling everyone I know about this book and telling them to get a copy. It can be read cover to cover or used to dip in and out of to find specific information. I’m reading it cover to cover then I’m off to see my GP!
