Dazu wird das psychologische Band zwischen Mitarbeiter und Unternehmen analysiert und die Personalfuhrung betrachtet. Abschliessend werden Massnahmen zur Steigerung der Mitarbeiterbindung genannt und eine bindungsorientierte Fuhrungskraft bestimmt, um aufzuzeigen, dass der Schlussel zu erfolgreicher Mitarbeiterbindung eine erfolgreiche Personalfuhrung ist.
