The seller must know that these phones are quite durable, as the packaging was extremely lackluster and thin. The packaging was a haphazardly slapped together using an old amazon bag, and one strip of potentially reused packing tape. Super ugly but still got the job done I suppose. Either way, the item that I purchased is perfect, and arrived in 100% working condition.

However, when I installed them and turned on the vacuum, seems to be working fine so I decided to keep it without the hassle of complain to seller. Package should have been at least bubble wrapped But I guess I can live with it since I got new OEM items as described. I was lucky to receive my purchase in acceptable condition as it was very poorly packaged. When I received it one entire end of the envelope was torn open, the tear went down the back and down one side. My magazine was right there, exposed and vulnerable.
