    Item was listed as new without box. Shoe lace eye was ripped. Only way to lace shoes was to skip a eye. I requested that the seller refund my shipping($25)and I keep the item since they listed the item inaccuratly. Seller Offered a $10 refund instead or a return. On 75$ shoes to pay a total of 50$ in shipping makes no sense but seller refused to refund my 25$. Seller ended our conversation with "Thank you Karen God bless!". I'm guessing the seller was just having a bad day.
