    Low cost, quiet, good performing cooler.

    I bought this for a quiet PC build and it definitely does that while keeping temperatures down. It is wide enough that it does shroud the RAM or power diodes on my board but is raised enough that it still fits (on my motherboard). It can be rotated 90 degrees if fit is a problem and the fan moved to the other side, as well. If you want more cooling (and a bit more noise) an extra fan can be clipped onto the opposite side. Check the height you can get in your case as it's quite a tall fitment.
