    The Smart Way to Work Your Abs

    As we all know, working our abs is tough. Many videos spend an entire half-hour working the abs, which is okay, depending upon the individual. But, you have to give the back a break in between sets. However, this one is perfect because you have the different levels that you can work up to, or blend into a short, yet effective daily routine that keeps your abs firm. Instructor Meghan White gives great cuing between the exercises, she has a pleasant demeanor and her voice is clear, not annoying. So, if you've been looking for a top-notch abs workout program, look no further that this DVD!!
