    The item is old stock ( which was clearly listed and described), manufacturing plastic box is damaged, but the actual clarifier is in new condition. I don't care about plastic package, it's not for gift. Price is pretty good for this brand and the item condition. Delivery was fast. But my concern was that it was shipped in a thin plastic bag without any packing material and it could be damage the quartz glass inside. But everything was good and I am satisfied.

    Happy with our new clock-it is exacltly as described. The only thing i would suggest is when packing to wrap up the box better-it is a thin original box (not a shipping hard cardboard ) and it is being thrown by multiple couriers through a network of towns and airports- even cardboard inside caved in a bit when we received it, but the clock seems to be working. I prayed the case and mechanism would not get damaged. Thankfully, they made it safe to Canada.

    Works pretty well, worth the money

    Looks to be good quality, pretty easy installation, works as advertised. The fact that you should turn the valve off at the tank between each use (you don't have to but it's a very good idea, unless you like the potential for flooded bathrooms) isn't particularly bothersome once you get used to it. I only wish the valve at the spray nozzle was a little more adjustable. It's either low-flow or full blast, and the difference between the two is a millimeter of trigger push. You can temper that tendency slightly by partially closing the valve at the tank, but only partially. Other than that it works great.

    Sleek elegant design that works well as described.

    At first I had some doughts since most hand held bidets tend to leak or fail overtime. However, so far installation and use has been good. No leaks and it works as expected. Also, quality is on par with price tag and does great job of cleaning. Its also, easy to use for kids and adults alike. The only one thing which I was surprised about is the on/off valve thats provided and instructions to keep it off when not in use. It is bit tedious and hard to reach or remember at times to close valve, but it doesnt leak either way. I guess to be safe it should be turned off. As a design perspective, I believe a valve could be incorporated into the handle or put in easier place to reach, but oh well. Overall product is good value and looks nice I would recommend to others.

    Painful luxury

    Look nice enough in the package, but looks can be deceiving. I had to replace every part except he nozzle. Unless you’re extremely careful, it’s like getting hit with a garden hose. Don’t use without adult supervision. Most expensive garden hose I ever bought.
