    Arrived a day later than forecasted. Very well wrapped. Item box is a bit battered but was aware of that from the description. Initially a bit of confusion about delivery as EVRI sent e mail saying they were unable to deliver but on checking the tracking it said it was not yet out for delivery. No to worry I got the item and that's the main thing.

    I was delighted with the beautiful pram until I realised that one of the wheels is buckled. As this wasn’t mentioned in the description I assume the damage occurred in transit. The package was heavy so I assume it was dropped at some point and the wheel buckled. Such a shame as I can’t use it like that. I am hoping that I may be able to get it straightened. Parcelforce did not deliver the package on time.
