    40 years gone up in smoke

    After 40 years of being a smoker I thought quitting was going to be an up-hill battle but from the day started using these I haven't had even one cigarette and after only 4 months am down to just 4 of these per day Am very sure I will be able to cut out those 4 within the next few months too and then be able to consider myself a true ex-smoker

    The Best of The Rest!

    40 a day for years and decided to try these. 1 year on smoke free still.. Just got to stop the habit of taking these little gems now. The 4 mlg gave me hiccups but went down to 1.5mlg and fine.
