Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to throw the package over the side gate, meaning it was completely shattered. When I contacted them they immediately arranged a replacement which was plastered in "fragile" stickers but Royal Mail did the same thing again. After 2 attempts at getting my goods to me they decided to cut their losses and sent me a refund immediately. Although I didn't get what I paid for I can't fault Hugh & Reliapart.
