The machine became completely jammed solid with shreds of paper which stopped the cutting mechanism. This is not what you expect at first use from a brand new quality product. I have requested a return .

      Very secure but slow and messy.

      Its very slow and the shredding is a mass of chewed up paper which causes a mess when emptying the bin. You can't help spilling the mashed bits. 8 sheets of paper? - 3 are enough otherwise it struggles and I am only using 80gm paper. The bin could be bigger. Good point. The cutting is very secure as no-one could put the pieces together again as in a straight line shredder.
