Contacted the seller advising of the issue and was told to return the doll and they will post the correct item. I requested a paid postage fand r the doll and they said they will send in the next few days. Didnt receive anything for 4 days so contacted them again for an update. No response. Waited another 4 days and asked again for an update and no response. Had to get ebay involved to get a refund
