I sent photos of the crack to seller and they still denied it was there. Initially wanted replacement which wasn’t available, and then asked for partial refund. Was offered $15 refund on $100 purchase which is now basically a pretty paperweight. It was sent out with no cracks in it and In working condition. Even tested the cup with hot and cold water. They broke the cup and tried to get a full refund. I asked them to send the cup back so I could refund them. They decide to just give out negative feedback instead. Shame on you! I have great feedback from others and always fix the problems that show up.
