    Exceptionally poor customer service, item was late so checked and tracking number was provided. Asked the seller to confirm the tracking number, seller than told me I didn’t pay for tracking. I explained that he provided a tracking number which was why I was confirming. Sell then banned me from purchasing from him again. I only found this out when I tried to buy another item. My advice to anyone out there who values customer service. Avoid at all costs

    I did not supply any tracking number at all, ebay supplyed this "tracking number", the buyer selected just second class postage. Late delivery is almost definately Royal Mail but thats not really unexpected is it :)
