This company has a very poor performance in the customer care department. 1/ failed to tell me where to send my phone. 2/ Failed to accept delivery from postman and left it in the post office awaiting collection for at least 7 days. 3/ When completed i was told they would return it next time they were dispatching goods NOT straight away.
