WAV didn't have any fuel to even test drive. Could've been cleaned prior to selling WAV. Had lots of dog hairs , dirty belts dirty stained seat backs in the inside and cobwebs and dirty areas outside. Will have to get it professionally cleaned as safety & hygiene means a lot especially for vulnerable wheelchair users.
