I did take it to service, but part of what the mechanic found was that the front brake was broken and the back tyre was flat -- this is not "fully functional". Even after the money spent the price was good so I do not feel cheated, but accuracy would have been appreciated. It was sold in good faith and I had listed it would need a service. He was asked if he was happy when he picked up. When he voiced concerns he was offered a full refund and I offered to have bike collected. He decided to spend money on repairs prior to confirming whether I would be willing to pay for them.
