    Putter arrived poorly packaged with only tape protecting the head in places. Unsurprisingly, this led to damage in transit. Seller says item was packaged with bubble wrap which must have been removed by the Post Office. Was offered a return but due to infrequent availability, decided to keep. Enquired about a partial refund but received no reply to that or requests for an update on the Post Office complaint. Decided against leaving negative feedback as I did keep the item. Not great though.
