When reported to the seller, they apologised and offered return and refund. However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.
