    Would Not Open

    Despite contact with Microsoft, after installation in Windows 11, was unable to get the game to run. Tried various suggestions after on line advice about changing compatibility settings, but to no avail.

    Windows 98 only

    Have had to say no to the above questions, as I have not been able to install it. Purchased for my wife, hoping it would run on an older laptop running windows 7 - but running it under compatibility mode Windows 98. It did install and partly run - but did not show the board! Consequently its sitting on the study window cill - awaiting a charity bag.. However it might be ok on a dedicated win98 operating system if there are any out there still. (Buyer not accepting returns- probably due to the same circumstances)

    A bad experience.

    I was able to play 1 game of scrabble and then the programme stopped working. repeated efforts to correct this issue failed. Extremely frustrating!
