They sent a message thanking me for ordering and insuring that the items were packaged appropriately very promptly after ordering. The delivery was quick and the package came wrapped in a sturdy box with several layers of tissue paper and bubble wrap protecting the glassware. Moreover, the seller also gave a free tea light holder -which was a nice bonus item. Overall very positive experience.
