    Easy to follow.

    Richard Simmons makes exercising easy. The DVD is entertaining so it makes the exercises easy to follow. It works your upper and lower body. I have been doing it three days a week but will try to increase to 5 days a week. I feel as if my arms are already taking a nice shape. I'm 72 yrs, 5'1 and 110lbs and need to keep my old muscles working and I think this will do it without to much strain on a older body. You have to buy the cords separate on ebay they are not included with the DVD.

    It's fun !!

    As one who has never felt the level of euphoria others claim to have after exercising, I really appreciate that this video actually makes exercise fun for me. If you have difficulty motivating yourself to exercise as I do, give this a try; it sure changed my mind about working out.

    good toning

    This video is excellent with the boogie cords for upper body toning, at least for me. I am 67 years old and am still working on finishing all the dvd. Plus the 60s music is from my "young" era.

    Nice light workout.

    This is a good dvd for smeone who wants a light exercise. At 69, it is great for me. But for a person who wants to build huge muscles it would be too tame.

    fun video

    watched the video and it looks fun...didn't try it yet because didn't have the boogie cords. I ordered the cords and am looking forward to working out to the video. wish they would have told me that you needed the boogie cords and that they were not included. because now an 8.99 video cost me an extra 15.95 for the cords.
