    A great ending to a fantastic series

    Having never watched Game of Thrones, ever, to watch the whole series in one go was a pleasure. The more you watch it, the more gripping it gets and the final season is no exception. It's even better on a big screen with a projector (120") as the dragon and fight scenes are breathtaking. Will probably watch the whole thing again in 6 months or so as I'm sure we missed a lot along the way. If you are thinking of doing as we did, BUY the box set of 1-8 and that way you have the whole thing to watch at your leisure without the interruption of waiting for individual series to arrive. If your kit is 1080p enabled, the Blu-Rays are a must to get the best from it. Happy viewing. :)

    All good things must come to an end

    It's a pity that the TV production couldn't wait for George RR Martin to catch up and finish his books - I'd have like to have seen his vision for the characters and story ending. Like Season 7, don't expect 10 episodes. Season 8 has only 6 episodes - they are epic, but you might feel there are gaps to the full story and its conclusion. But never the less, this is a great ending to a stunning televisual feast. I'll definitely be watching the whole story again (and probably again!!). I do highly recommend, but I also have a nagging feeling the last Season, Season 8, could've have been more...

    Complete Series now.

    Even though I was a little disappointed with the 'final' season, it's good to get the last boxset to complete the series. Have all seasons from UK, Australian packaging has always been below par!

    A short end to a long series.

    Well, it wasn't as bad as rumoured . It needed at least another two episodes for character development.. G r R Martin was sadly missed from the strategy of the medieval battles. It all seemed a little rushed, perhaps due to contractual commitments and the fact the cast were released to do other things. .
