      A 1st class service from a seller that I had purchased from before. Model arrived suitably packaged in such a way that it would not drive you crackers! ( recycling at its best, in fact it was the Ritz…) I was unable to make use of the seller’s strong point of reduction of postage costs for multiple items which is good value. The model was in excellent condition, exactly as described and pictured. 1 final point was that this was the only OO scale in a sea of O gauge 390 FHA models.

      Model was received promptly but packaging was damaged in transit resulting in minor damage to model. As it was intended for a Code 3 conversion by myself, this was a minor concern This was advised to seller who responded promptly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have used this seller previously without problem and despite this minor issue, I would not hesitate to use again.
