    Item was shipped out quickly and I received within a week of purchasing. Everything was packed in bubble wrap and arrived undamaged. Only thing of note was that the seller mentioned in the details of the listing "I do not see any chips or cracks" though the large polar bear has a broken right foot that appears to have been glued back on. I notice it now when looking back at the listings pictures, but failed to notice it before purchase and am disappointed that it wasn't noted by seller.

    There was a a dent in the outer cardboard sleeve that was not visible in the listing photos. If it wasn't a beautiful art book wouldn't have cared at all, but it is a gorgeous, collectible piece meant to be displayed on a shelf. However, I got it for a truly great price, it was packaged very securely with an over abundance of padding, and it arrived quickly, so I will not complain. Thanks!

    GoPro Battery

    Best purchase I have made yet for the GoPro and I have every possible piece you can buy. Was always having issues with my internal battery being dead half the time or constantly charging it. Once I purchased this added battery I dont have to recharge my batteries but once every couple of days and that's with my GoPro constantly on! Also comes with everything you need including larger back case to accommodate the extra thickness of the GoPro with the additional battery. If I purchase anything again like this it will definitely be through this seller. Super fast shipping, brand new item and way cheaper in price than in any store. You have to have one of these!

    Great product

    Don't hesitate to purchase these, because 1) they work great and 2) they come from a great company that cares about their customers. Now, aesthetically speaking, one of the two battery bacpacs that I bought has a couple of very, very light scratches across the back of it (as is explained in the listing), but that's it; the other is practically flawless. I was worried at first because I couldn't get either to charge past one bar (even after charging overnight). I did a little research and discovered that I couldn't charge them properly when they were connected to my 7-channel USB hub, so I connected the USB plug directly to my iMac and it charged them up completely. They're working great. Thanks a ton and I'll be buying more.
