The first time I tried to use it was blowing the DPF fluid out of the gun alright, but not from the nozzle, but from in between the cup and the spray gun. I asked the supplier for a refund and he told me he couldn't give me a refund and didn't want me to send it back because it was now a used item and couldn't be resold. The out come is I wasted £85 on a gun unfit for purpose that is now in the bin.Reply from: a9keys- Feedback replied to by seller a9keys.- Feedback replied to by seller a9keys.Hello, That's not true is it, I offered you a replacement part as you has used the gun and all the fluid to clean your DPF (cost of the gun is much cheaper than 1 DPF clean) we established you had the pressure up to high and the pot too full, but I still offered you a replacement part for it, you just wanted to clean your DPF for free and a full refund, So now I have been left this feedback, Thanks for that.

When I recieved the item the first time, it was terribly damaged in transit by careless sorting facilities and delivery drivers. I was aware that this was not the sellers fault, so I emailed immediately with pictures, to which Steve responded instantly. He was very understanding of the issue and was quick to rectify, despite the fact that this was not his fault. I can't thank him enough for how well he dealt with the problem!
