You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it. Any item from Templeton Antiques Inc can be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Attempts at repair will void all return policies.
To return your purchase from Templeton Antiques Inc, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Templeton Antiques Inc will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Templeton Antiques Inc will notify you by email or marketplace messenger when your return has been processed.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged in return shipping are not the liability of Templeton Antiques Inc. We can refund only for goods received in the condition they were sent. A new carton and /or some packing material may need to be added for return as they compress with use.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to sales@templetonantiques.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
My order shows it s been returned to sender, what is going on?!
If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
