Cast is a classic
If for no other reason than to hear Ethel Waters sing Stormy Weather and A Man Called Joe, this would still be a classic. To have this much talent, filmed during hard times for black Actors is a joy to own. The DVD wouldnt play
Got really excited to watch when it arrived... put it in the playstation 3 console, wouldn't play. checked the disc, put it in my other dvd player. it still wouldn't play. took it to a nearby used DVD store. had them clean the disc. and then I had them test it on one of their systems. still wouldn't play.
