Seller ignored messages and then said they didn’t know how to do returns. Asked eBay to step in. eBay sent a return label after asking seller for the return label multiple times. Returned the item and seller didn’t allow delivery and head the item held at the post office for over 4 days. Now claims they don’t know how to do refund. Terrible experience. Avoid!
