      Denice was the most courteous, professional and lovely person to deal with. The shoes - which are essentially artworks - arrived soundly packaged. They were in very good second-hand condition, as described, and had obviously been treated with an appropriate level of care. As a collector I'm incredibly pleased with them, and would have been very happy simply to marvel at their beauty - the fact they fit perfectly is a very welcome bonus!
