Retour accordé par le vendeur et malgré diverses relances par email j’ai dû faire appel à EBay (au top) afin d’avoir le remboursement intégral de cet article défectueux qui avait bien été réceptionné par le vendeur. Je me sens obligée de le faire savoir car aucun retour du vendeur malgré mes messages de relances pour me faire rembourser. Remboursement intégral reçu par le biais d’Ebay.
