    Makes cuticles soft

    Julep cuticle cream does make my cuticles soft and has a nice scent. It is small size, but it’s just right for carrying in my purse. I do wish there was a larger size to keep at home. The price was a little high for the amount, but still less than I have paid from other online retailers. Overall a good product.
