Various messages yesterday said it was out for delivery, then accepted by an agent (we do not live in an apartment), then delivered to the PO, then picked up by someone at 9:00PM. We did not pick it up and it was never delivered. Going to PO today to inquire. BUT we never received this and unless they can find it now, we need a refund.
