    Item arrived via post and box not damaged but thin box woth plastic bags and a little tissue paper as protection and one thin piece of paper protection,plastic bags were from other items and proved no protection at all to glass bowl, no damage to box, contents small smashed pieces, bowl smashed into small pieces. I contacted seller, no response on informing seller, no response to any of my messages and photo evidence over a few days. l got full refund via eBay. Do not buy from this seller.

    This buyer contacted me 7 times from 13:39 - 14:12 I was at work and did not get to reply till 19:59 on that very same day. I apologised for the breakage and I yes ME - I GAVE HER A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY (NOT EBAY!!!)Then I get negative feedback stating not to buy from me for no fair reason.. HOW CAN THIS BE RIGHT?!?I have tried to report this buyer but as usual you can only go down certain ebay channels and someone treating you unfairly does not seem to be on it.BLOCK THIS BUYER!!!!!!!
