His communication was great and he packed these lovely Royal Albert pieces so well, using double bubble wrap. He used large red lettered “FRAGILE” tape to seal the box and his extra care in packing saved them arriving broken, as despite the RED LETTER warnings, the box arrived with a 3-4” hole bashed in one side. Seriously, the packing care SAVED these lovely pieces of English china!!

It was packaged really well but one thing to note is that it doesn't come in its own box so take that into account if buying as a gift. The seller did package it really well in bubble wrap, packaging paper and an appropriate shipping box. Great value, exactly as described and will make a great addition to my pergola area. I'll be using a citronella candle in it to keep summer bugs from eating me.
