    Great volume pedal

    I had one of the originals with a slide switch and attached output jack. The "stomp" box with input and outupt jacks is a better, more practical design. I'm glad to have this one.

    Powerful Sound of the 70's in a Pedal.

    I had an original PB1 in the Mid 70's which plugged into your amp and it was a powerful addition to my sound. I didn't think they made them anymore but decided to search for them anyway. Well I found these and I LOVE the Powerful Sound that I didn't realize I was missing. Thank You Electro Harmonix for bringing this sound back, and as a Pedal this time :-)

    A bit dark but overall good

    I like this pedal, but it is not totally transparent, but boosts the bass a bit while boosting the overall volume. For me this is fine but for some, they may not like the darker tone.
