      Strange seller with bad attitude. Items were described in 'as new' condition, while headset itself was hardly used, box was damaged & some parts were not included. Before item was sent, I had requested that they please protect the box & headset for transit, they said that they would be sending in a plastic bag with tape on it, and that it was buyer's responsibility for adequate packaging, saying that I should send them a postage box. 1st time ive experienced a seller with that viewpoint, odd

      This buyer had a very strange attitude. He brought up the packaging of the item and as he was organising the postage I politely asked if he would like to supply an outer box. On his reply I referred him to feedback and the points on packaging I have supplied to other customers. He went into one and was a bit offensive. None of the items were missing as he found them in the box as their are two boxes within the packaging. The item was as stated. He would have returned item otherwise.

      I didn't organise postage, I paid for postage on ebay as normal, and as you can seller admits they asked us to send them a postage box first if we didn't want item sent in a plastic bad with tape on it. Once we got a taste of their attitude and statement to send in plastic bag, we requested them twice to cancel the order twice, both of which were ignored. Seller is lying about items being missing, cables and accessories were missing, also box torn and damaged, shouldn't be described as LIKE NEW
