    Brought a printer back to life

    The black cartridge, installed easily in a printer dormant for years, and brought it to life immediately. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong colour cartridge - my fault - and the printer wouldn't recognise it. Installing the empty colour cartridge restored black and white printing, so all is well.
