The compilation also offers the option to try a new version of the Sphere Grid and battle a few new bosses in Final Fantasy X, and players can take advantage of two new dresspheres or use the Creature Creator to capture and train enemies in Final Fantasy X-2.

    Cool game.

    I found out the hard way that if you beat the game and haven't unlocked all of the secrets, then you have can't restart the game with your current stats. You have to play the entire game all over again from scratch. So I'm going to play it again with a walkthru guide. Other than that, great story line! I haven't played X-2 yet.

    Problems

    Unfortunately, I have not been able to get into the story. The main protagonist is a futuristic underwater soccer star I would prefer if he were a police officer, soldier, or something more in line with his adventures, I just started playing it though, so maybe it will get better. The big problem that I have is the character upgrade system. It is complicated an \d I still do not know how to use it despite the tutorial.

    A worthwhile Remake/Compilation

    Great value nowadays. FFX was very stripped for the North american PS2 releases, so this HD remake while not being much different visually is a welcome update. With this release you gain access to all the cut content that was previously only available in japan and the international release. Dark aeons, expert sphere grids and fiend-story are all re-implemented and give both games a nice bit of replayability.

    Still the best

    FFX in my opinion is the best FF game in the series. And the remaster took it up a notch even more. Careful though… some places aren’t accessible after you leave unlike the original version.
