    Macbook 8,2 . Early 2011, 15", i7

    Bought this on ebay recently. Suffers from the AMD graphics card failure, as almost all of these computers did. Was able to get it up and running with Mojave using work around that can be found on line. Runs hot, so use a cooling fan. With 16g memory it is very snappy.

    This computer did not work

    I purchased a Mac book pro said to be fully functional and in perfect working order. However it was not in perfect working order in fact there were sizable dents and bangs in every place that the pictures of the product didn’t show. Moreover the very next day from when I got it, it shut off and would not restart. Broke and not working. A lie from the get go. Upset. Price would be good for a fully operational Mac as was described, not a none working piece of metal. Waist of time.

    Great value for an older machine.

    Still a good value even though it is 7 years old. Runs the latest OSX. A little slow but replacing the hard drive with an SSD and maxing out the ram will fix that. On battery it runs twice as long as my 2009 15 inch MacBook Pro. Recommended if you are willing to do the upgrades.

    Although 3 years old, still very good

    The product I purchased is a 2012 macbook air 13.3 inch, with improved cpu (i7 2GHz) and ram (8 GB). Its performance is rock solid, and quality is top as you expect from Apple. Only problem is the battery, which has reduced capacity, but this is normal. So keep that in mind, you won't get advertised runtimes if you buy a used laptop.

    Best MacBook ever made

    his specific model was the very last of the pre-retina MacBooks. As such, it still has the DVD-R superdrive. It also has USB3, a 6GB/s hard drive transfer rate, meets all of the latest wifi specifications, and a lot more. Upgrade to at least 8GB RAM and an SSD and you will have the fastest machine ever.
