The envelope is in surprisingly good condition, even though the pattern is from 1987. The pattern was reasonably priced, and for an OOP and very sought after pattern I was thrilled to find this item in excellent condition, reasonably priced and it shipped quickly. The shipping cost was also reasonable and item was packaged very well. Recommend Seller!!!
