    Buyer beware. Seller supplied basic meter instead of kit advertised. Initially denied the issue and claimed the images they used are not part of the description. Then said they would send missing items. When asked if they had sent the missing probes demanded a five star review first and reneged saying they had done nothing wrong and images in their auction don’t apply. They have no integrity and you absolutely cannot rely on images or description in their auctions. I have all messages to prove.

    The product title is correct, and the shipped item is also correct. Since the outer packaging of this product includes multiple models and specifications, the buyer insists that they wanted the more expensive specification and threatens to leave a negative review if we refuse to send a replacement. To curb such bad behavior, we finally decided not to indulge the buyer's rudeness.
