    Item was new, as described, so no complaints but it was out of manufacturer warranty doesn't to the age. However, it took 2 weeks to get to me. I had already put in a 'not received' report. Seller comms was non existent in that time.

    Nice phone well made

    Great phone, good battery life and great screen, takes a little getting used to the touch screen especially the sensitivity of the sides of the screen. Thought it had capacity to install an SD card but unfortunately didn't read the spec well enough. Saying that as a base it has more memory than my old Samsung with the SD card so not an issue. Feels good in the hand although at the largest size I would pick but has a quality feel.

    quaint but you need the SD865 series CPU

    slightly underpowered if i could use this without the google assistant i would be very happy. this has been traded so someone else can be enjoying the quality and craft of oneplus because they are the foundry of phones which come to the marketplace and deliver value without comprimising on quality. for people wanting the best quality of engineering refer to the snapdragon 865 devices for the 20/21 models of phone.
