    Sent the wrong item. Took days to reply to my message and then refused to pay return postage for a refund. Using inappropriate language in his coms to me and had to go through Ebay to get sorted. Man doesn't know the meaning of respecting the customer and cleaning his own mess up.

    We didn't refuse to pay return postage at any stage so that's just a lie. We said you will be reimbursed for your postage costs - & you wouldn't accept that? You wanted us to give you a refund but were refusing to return our item? You then tried to blackmail us with giving us a bad review unless we paid for the return beforehand. We even explained to you that there isn't even a button for us to press that would allow us to do that. Never dealt with a more difficult person in all our years
