Delivery wise it was well packaged and arrived after the estimated delivery date due to problems with Evri Delivery. 5 stars where due. thanks for a prompt service. Hardware wise, You get what you pay for, a few dead pixels and it looks like something is under the lense causing image distortion in one corner. Gets VERY hot on any resolution above 800x600 and the framerate is max 10fps. I bought one to see what they were like and I will NOT buy another
