    Asked before ordering if both black key and white key models were available, and they confirmed that I could receive whichever model I preferred. I asked for a white key model in notes to seller when ordering but they sent a black key model instead. I initiated a return and messaged them twice saying I would happy to place another order if they could confirm I would receive a white key model this time, never received a response.
