    Elton John. Songs from the west coast

    As with most Elton John music, this CD carries a powerful message. If I had to single one track out it would have to be track 4 'American Triangle'. It relates to the story of Mathew Shepard, who was heinously murdered in 1998,. because of ignorance and haltered. The sombre dull single note at the end leaves you cold. The eleven further tracks are superbly delivered, and along with this special edition cd there is a bonus disc containing a further eight wonderful tracks. I will finish with going back to track 4. If you don't know the Mathew Shepard story I would recommend looking it up. No matter what orientation you are, you will be moved deeply.
