Couldn't be bothered to remove and return item ( it was one of the last poles - the rest was on ) so just opened the bottom stitches. Seems sturdy and definitely better than what it replaced.

They sent a courier out the next day to pick the old radiator up and send me a new one out within two days. Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend the seller any day of the week. The radiator looks amazing and is also mega high-quality for the service they have provided they are mega professional and excellent value for money.
