My Scotty Cameron Newport 2 is a dual balance 38" standard length putter. It has the gooseneck offset shaft but a larger/heavier head and 50g backweight in the shaft. I own two standard length SC lagunas and two standard length SC California Del Mar. I love them all, which is why I can't sell them. I even have an SC Kombi long putter. All that being said, my current in the bag putter is a(n) SC dual balance Futura X. My suggestion is look at your stroke, arc or SBST? Makes a difference. Del Mar is for strong arc, Laguna and Newport for arc, Futura/Kombi for SBST. I love SC putters. Feel is great. Design and construction great. Maybe I am drinking the Koolaid but that is my review.
I'm selling any of my other 53 putters, which might have value. That'll get~back my $300+ ...and I can always request that they place~it in my grave, or simply...heirloom it down to a nephew or two:-0

I have tried many Scotty Cameron putters with good success especially with mallet designs but always long for a blade style look with mallet like face balance design and this putter is the one !

The putter looks good and has a good feel. unfortunately, it is still winter hre and I haven't had a chance to use it.
Great putter with very clean lines and sets up well at address. Like the dark finish which is a big aid when playing in the sun. Would recommend this putter to anyone.
